Our Services
We can help with affirmative USCIS applications for:
- General Consultations
- Asylum (I-589)
- Citizenship (N-400)
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (application or renewal)
- Employment Authorization (I-765)
- Fee Waiver Request (I-912)
- Lawful Permanent Residence (I-485)
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (I-360)
- T-Visa (I-914)
- U-Visa (I-918)
To qualify for services, immigrants’ household earnings must fall at or below 150% of the federal poverty level (for 1 person, income of $1,956 or less per month; for two people, $2,644 or less per month; for four people, $4,019 or less per month).
Scope of Our Services
- We provide help only with affirmative immigration applications submitted to USCIS.
- We do not provide ongoing legal representation and do not act as an attorney of record before USCIS, immigration court (EOIR), or any government agency.
- We cannot assist with immigration court matters, removal defense, detention issues, or appeals.
- We also do not attend interviews, biometrics appointments, or ICE/ISAP check‑ins.
- We do not offer services in criminal or family law, including issues involving arrests, convictions, divorce, custody, or child support, unless associated with a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status application.
